Boilerplate
The Justice Restoration Foundation is a Florida nonprofit corporation focused on federal procedural reform. Our work is federal-scope only: we research the true cost of federal prosecution, publish public-education materials, and advance targeted rules-based reforms. The Foundation does not provide individual legal advocacy, case referrals, or representation.
Language we use
- ·Prosecutorial overreach — not “rogue prosecutors.”
- ·Rules suggestion letter — the Rule 15 filing is not an amicus brief; the earliest realistic effective date is 2030 or later.
- ·No claim about the guilt or innocence of any named individual; the argument is structural.
